How to make an order on site ?
Please enter our site and press on the “sign in” button at left side. Please enter your details : Email address and password . After that you can choose categories and items, choose your size and color , then press on button “add to cart”,
At the end of your process please press on button “check out”, fill your delivery method , payment method and your package is on the way to you.
We will contact you by Email about your order status  

Can I make an order by phone?
 Yes, by sending us mail and asking to call you back ,

Do I must register on site if I want to make an order ?
  No .You can use the Guest option at the log in page and to make an order without log in. you need to fill your details at the check out page, including your full address. We will send the package and invoice to the address 

 How can I check my order status ?
You can check your orders status by using your account. After signing click on My account, than click on My orders . Status Completed -when the order accepted and package is on the way to your post office or courier company.
Status accepted-we got your order and it’s waiting for package
Status in process-we are waiting for details regarding your order  .

How can I know if you receive my order ?
 Once you will press ” make an order” button, we will receive a massage ” your order succefuly accepted” .Also you can check your order status when entering your account, than click on “my orders”

How can I add more item after sending my order ?
In case that  your first order was accepted in less than an hour , you can open a new order with delivery option. Please contact our customer service to make consolidation for your shipments. We are available Sunday-Thursday from 8:00 to 16:00 (Fridays from 8:00 to 12:00)

How can I cancel my order ?

Newsletter
I registered to your newsletter, but I didn’t receive an email from you yet. Why?
  In case you have GMAIL address, you need to make sure that emails are accepted in the correct folder, primary folder instead of promotions folder (which the newsletter has been send automatically) . If you want to add the newsletter to the primary folder constantly

Mark with V one of our emails
Click  on the mouse right button, when the email is marked
Choose “move to tab” option , after that choose to move it into the primary folder
 
 
I can’t see pictures added to your email, what should I do ?
 
 It occurs because of your email Definitions .If you want to change it
1.     Open one of your mails,  which you can’t see the pictures
2.     Click on the sentence that appears at the email “Always display images from [email protected]
 
 Shipments
 When will I receive my package?
By registered mail the package will arrive to your closest postal office within 10 business days – usually long before that

I ordered a package from you, and received an email saying it was packaged and shipped. How do I know when the package will reach me?
  
In case that your order was delivered  by a registered mail – a tracking number will be sent to you by email along with a link to the Israel Post website or an international website – where you can enter the tracking number and see exactly where your package is at any given moment.

 I ordered an item and would like to return or exchange it.

 How long does it take for the package I returned to reach you?
The mail promises to reach us within 10 business days but usually the packages arrive well in advance. As soon as the package arrives, we will contact you by email or phone. If 10 business days have passed and you have not heard from us, contact us by phone and we will take care of the matter immediately. I am not sure which  size should I order?
In principle, it is recommended to order the usual and common size in your closet – especially in shoes. We adapt the sizes to Israeli sizes, and are working to be precise in all the departments on the site. You can also take a look at our size chart that gives all the information you need, and in addition, on each item page you can see its size details in cm – so a self-measurement at home in a simple measuring tape can help you decide what exactly will suit you

Availability in stock
I fell in love with an item that ran out. What should I do?
We make every effort to return used items that are out of stock. It is therefore advisable to go to the item page in question, copy the link and send us an email.

 I am trying to place an order and it is written that the site is not secure.

Is it possible to pay in cash?

Have I been charged twice?
The system charges once per order. At the same time, automatic daily checks are performed to make sure that each order has been charged once and for the correct amount. To make sure you have not placed a double order, you can also check your order and billing amount using
